AND….in case you are wondering what NPNG stands for, it's actually an acronym for "No Pain No Gain", which also works as our motto. We believe that it captures the true essence of sports because everyone has to put in a lot of effort mentally, spiritually and physically to be the very best. Thus, in order to be the very best, a person must be prepared and trained by professional trainers and state-of-the-art facilities. This is where NPNG comes in. But not everyone has a dream (or rather, the physical discipline or ahem…. build) to become an athlete.
